"Batik" is a modular typeface drawing inspiration from Indonesia's rich cultural heritage and historical design. Influenced by the intricate patterns of traditional Indonesian Batik textiles, each letterform is crafted with modular shapes reminiscent of these beloved cultural artifacts.

Museum MACAN – Modern and Contemporary Art in Nusantara, is Indonesia’s first contemporary art museum located in the capital city, Jakarta. The word MACAN also translates to “Tiger” in Indonesian, an animal well respected in Indonesian culture. Embracing Indonesia's rich cultural tapestry, the museum serves as a vibrant showcase of local artistic diversity. Its logo symbolizes the institution's core mission, echoing the myriad ethnicities, islands, and artistic traditions that define Indonesia. Each letterform is meticulously crafted on a grid inspired by four distinct cultural art forms across the archipelago. Much like the nation itself, the logo draws from a spectrum of cultural influences, converging to forge a cohesive and inclusive identity.

Museum MACAN presents an exhibition inspired by the ethos of the Black December manifesto, which highlights the absence of cultural art diversity beyond traditional forms in Indonesia. This exhibition embarks on a captivating artistic journey, spotlighting modern contemporary pop art originating from Indonesia.
Through curated artworks, the exhibition delves into the contemporary significance of Black December within Indonesia's cultural landscape.

Black December, born in 1974, stands as an art manifesto conceived by a group of idealistic university students in Indonesia. Critiquing the nation's ambiguous cultural approach to art production, the manifesto points out a dearth of awareness among cultural producers regarding fundamental human issues within Indonesian society.

"Nusantara" is the Indonesian term for Archipelago, serving as the inspiration behind the Nusantara Typeface. Reflecting its namesake, this typeface is crafted from modular shapes derived from the five principal islands of Indonesia, resulting in diverse and distinctive letterforms.

W+K commemorates its founding each year with Founders' Day. For the 41st anniversary, the theme is "3NT3R TH3 SL1M3 M0LD." A distinct micro-brand identity has been crafted to embody this theme, alongside specially designed merchandise for the celebration.

Reflecting the hotel's unique atmosphere and presence in the city, the rebrand aims to create a playful wonderland appealing to both children and adults.
